Survival Race Volunteers

Saturday, December 3, 2011 7:30 am – 3:00 pm

* We have another opportunity to volunteer our time at a race and make $$$ for FHS Band!

* We only need 20 volunteers.

* Cousins Paintball, 8975 FM 740 South, Forney, TX 75126

* The Survival Race is the ultimate 5K race that has racers climbing over rope swinging, crawling through mud and jumping through fire. For more information about the event, click HERE.

* If you, a spouse, friend, family are able to volunteer (at least 14 years old)

 * Each volunteer will receive lunch and a Survival Race Volunteer shirt (to be worn during the shift).

 * Volunteer Duties may include packet pick up, answering participant questions, managing parking, overseeing obstacles, etc.

 * The event will go on rain, shine, sleet or snow!

THE ULTIMATE RECYCLING PROGRAM to help support the FHS Band! (Bubb Fundraising & Scrap Metal) 

December 10, 2011 

Forney High School Parking Lot from 9:00am - 12:00pm 

* They will pay for over 100 business and household products, including: computers and monitors, sporting goods, video games, non-fiction books, cell phones, movies and music CDs, power tools, and much, much more. 

* Please use the attached file HERE to advertise - you are welcome to ask local businesses to post in their front window. 

* Volunteers will be needed - Contact Krista Harrington if you are available

TACO CASA “HUSTLE CARDS” 

* Students need to turn in ASAP.

* They have an expiration of June 30, 2012. 

* 100% of the proceeds go to the organization to benefit the students.
