FHS Spring Trip 20101.31.10 Payment form has been revised to read the correct amounts due. Next payment is due Feb. 16th to Mr. Luna.

1.4.10 Next payment of $100 is due on Jan. 15th. Please make sure payment is made in an envelope with the student’s name written on it. A payment form must accompany payment. Checks must have DOB and DL on them as well as the student name in the memo part of the check.
A parent or guardian needs to be present at the next booster meeting on Jan. 26th to fill out alittle paperwork for clearance into the US Capitol and White House possible tours.

12.7.09 Fundraiser totals are posted in band hall. Students need to check their profits and subtract from $500 fee.
11.10.09 Contract is posted for trip! Keep selling your beverage fundraiser to help your cost!! This trip is open to all students of the FHS band program of all sections. This trip will have a performance at a national monument as well.

Payment Breakdown:
*November $50 (deposit)
*December $0 (payment 1)
*January $100 (payment 2) (100% refund)
*February $100 (payment 3) (50% refund)
*March $100 (payment 4) (No refunds after March 15th)
*April 5th $100 (final payment)
Due to December payment, students need to check fundraiser profits to figure their balance out or speak to Mr. Luna. Fundraiser funds not used by a student not going on the trip will be deposited into the general fund of the band booster account. |
